Spicy Curry Scones

Spicy Curry Scones
Cost: 500 yen
Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 8 g Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 30 g Olive oil
- 50 ml Soy milk
- 30 g Melting cheese
- to taste Dried parsley
- Plenty Love
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix the flour, baking powder, curry powder, sugar, salt, black pepper, and love.
- Add the olive oil to step 1 and mix well.
- Gradually add the soy milk to step 2, checking the consistency as you go.
- Once step 3 reaches your desired consistency, mix in the melting cheese and dried parsley.
- Cut out shapes using a scone cutter and bake at 200℃ for 15 minutes.
Notes
Curry powder has antioxidant properties. It protects cells from stress within the body.
These scones can also be enjoyed as a meal on their own.
