Spicy Curry Scones

Ingredients

  • 150 g Flour
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 50 ml Soy milk
  • 30 g Melting cheese
  • to taste Dried parsley
  • Plenty Love

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix the flour, baking powder, curry powder, sugar, salt, black pepper, and love.
  • Add the olive oil to step 1 and mix well.
  • Gradually add the soy milk to step 2, checking the consistency as you go.
  • Once step 3 reaches your desired consistency, mix in the melting cheese and dried parsley.
  • Cut out shapes using a scone cutter and bake at 200℃ for 15 minutes.

Notes

Curry powder has antioxidant properties. It protects cells from stress within the body.
These scones can also be enjoyed as a meal on their own.
