  • 70 g flour
  • 70 g strong flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml soymilk
  • 5 pieces candied chestnuts
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Sift flour, strong flour and baking powder.
  • Put the butter in a food processor, add the sugar,golden syrup, and eggs, and mix well.
  • Roughly chop 3 of the 5 pieces of candied chestnuts and cut 2 of them into 4 equal pieces.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the soy milk and mix.
  • Add 1. 3 chopped candied chestnuts and love to 4and mix well.
  • Pour 5 into the 8 molds.
  • Place the quartered candied chestnuts on the top of the 6.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

This cake is made with chestnuts boiled in astringent skin, a taste of autumn. You can enjoy the taste of autumn.
