Milk jelly with red bean paste

- jelly mold
Ingredients
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 2×6 tsp red bean paste
- 7 g agar
- 50 g sugar
- A lot love
- to taste Fennel
Instructions
- Mix agar and sugar together.
- Heat milk and water in a saucepan.
- Mix 1, 2, and love well.
- Put 2 tsp of red bean paste into each bowl.
- Pour 3 in 4 and chill until cold.
- Garnish with fennel on top.
Notes
How about this for the sweltering season? The refined sweetness of the red beans complements the milk jelly.
