Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 2×6 tsp red bean paste
  • 7 g agar
  • 50 g sugar
  • A lot love
  • to taste Fennel

Instructions

  • Mix agar and sugar together.
  • Heat milk and water in a saucepan.
  • Mix 1, 2, and love well.
  • Put 2 tsp of red bean paste into each bowl.
  • Pour 3 in 4 and chill until cold.
  • Garnish with fennel on top.

Notes

How about this for the sweltering season? The refined sweetness of the red beans complements the milk jelly.
