Pumpkin Rice Flour Cake

- 75 g Pumpkin
- 75 g Rice flour
- 20 g Sugar
- 15 g Rice oil
- 60 g Soy milk
- 3 g Baking powder
- a lot Love
Mix rice flour and baking powder.
Cut pumpkin into chunks and steam.
Mix 1,2, sugar, rice oil, soy milk and love.
Pour the mixture into the muffin tin and decorate with pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
How about a simple rice flour cake for Halloween? It is good chewy.
