Pear and white fungus soup

- 6 g White fungus
- 1 Pear
- 30 g Sugar
- 800 ml Water
- 5 Mint leaves
- a lot Love
Soak white fungus in water.
Cut pears into bite-sized pieces.
Combine 2, sugar, water and love in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with mint.
*September is the season for dryness. How about a dessert to moisten your throat?
