Sweet summer cake with rice-flour

Ingredients
- 1/2 Summer orange
- 2 tbsp Golden syrup
- 100 cc Water
- 100 cc Soy milk yogurt
- a little Salt
- 50 cc Sesame oil
- 80 g Rice flour
- 40 g Almond powder
- 1.5 tbsp Baking powder
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut sweet summer oranges into 5 mm chunks.
- Pour golden syrup over 1 and leave until water comes out.
- When water comes out of 2, add 100㏄ of water and heat for 5 minutes.
- Take 6 of the orange from 3 for garnish and roughlychop the rest.
- Mix soy milk yogurt and salt. Add sesame oil alittle at a time and mix with a whisk to emulsify the mixture.
- Mix rice flour, almond powder and baking powderwell
- Mix4, 5, and roughly chopped sweet summer oranges, and pour into muffin cups.
- Decorate the tops of the muffins with the choppedsweet summer oranges.
- Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes
Notes
*This cake made with pesticide-free sweet summer oranges has a slightly bitter taste! Feel the freshness of nature!
