Fresh soy beans(Zunda) Scone

- 100 g Light flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 30 g Sweet red bean paste
- 30 g Yogurt
- 15 g Sugar
- 20 g Cheese powder
- a lot Love
Zunda paste
- 40 g Edamame
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a pinch Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Steam edamame and make a paste with a speed cutter.
- Add sugar and salt to 1. and heat. When sugar is dissolved, zunda bean paste is ready.
- Mix 2, yogurt and sugar.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Mix 3, 4, and cheese powder with love well.
- Punch 5 in a scone mold and bake at 180 for 20minutes.
Notes
*The mashed sweet bean paste replaces butter in this healthy scone. These scones are easy to eat for breakfast.
