Ingredients

  • 100 g Light flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 g Sweet red bean paste
  • 30 g Yogurt
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 20 g Cheese powder
  • a lot Love

Zunda paste

  • 40 g Edamame
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a pinch Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam edamame and make a paste with a speed cutter.
  • Add sugar and salt to 1. and heat. When sugar is dissolved, zunda bean paste is ready.
  • Mix 2, yogurt and sugar.
  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Mix 3, 4, and cheese powder with love well.
  • Punch 5 in a scone mold and bake at 180 for 20minutes.

Notes

*The mashed sweet bean paste replaces butter in this healthy scone. These scones are easy to eat for breakfast.
