Cheesecake with Pearl Wheat

Ingredients
- 60 g pearl wheat
- 200 g cream cheese
- 60 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 3 tbsp flour
- A lot love
Instructions
- Soak the wheat in water for at least 1 hour and boil until soft.
- Knead the cream cheese with a speed cutter.
- Add sugar to the cream cheese and knead well.
- Add beaten egg to 3 and knead 3 times.
- Put 4 into a bowl, sift in flour, add cream and love and mix well.
- Pour 5 into the cupcake pan and put 1 on top.
- Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
“pearl wheat” is a food that should be consumed during the rainy season. Adding it to cheesecake makes it chewy and prevents overeating.
