Marinated salmon and fresh onion

≪Ingredients≫ serves 2
Salmon        2pieces
Salt          1tsp
Rice flour       3tbsp
Rice oil        50㏄

Fresh onion      1
Wine vinegar      3tbsp
White soy sauce     1tbsp
Salt          1/2tsp
Love          A lot
Parsley         A little
≪Preparation≫
1. Remove skin of salmon, then put salt around it.
2. Thin slice onion and keep it for 30 minutes.
3. Mix wine vinegar, white soy sauce, salt, and 2 with love.
4. Put rice flour around 1 and fry with rice oil.
5. Marinate 4 in 3.
6. Put 5 on plates with parsley and serve.
