This is for Girl' s festival, Clam broth is really good.

Ingredients

  • 4 Crams
  • 40 g Minced white fish
  • 1 tbsp Ground Taro
  • 1/2 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Potato flour
  • 300 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 pieces Flour dumplings
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Put crams into water then boil and open them.
  • Put 1.minced fish, ground taro, and egg white into the blender and mix them.
  • Put 2 into crams case and steamed.
  • Put seasonings and love into the broth of 1.
  • Put 3 and flour dumplings into bowls then pour 4 and serve.
