Ingredients

  • 180 g Strong flour
  • 2 g Dry yeast
  • 2 g Salt
  • 150 cc Water
  • 10 Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, dry yeast, salt, chopped basil, water and love and leave overnight.
  • Divide into 8 equal parts of 1
  • Dip your hands in olive oil and form into a circle of 2
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 20minutes.

Notes

*If you can get fresh basil, this is a dish you should make. It is a refreshing bread.
Serve with cheese.
