Black sugar buns

This is one of Japanese traditional sweets. It is like full moon.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 80 g Black sugar
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 100 cc Hot water
  • 240 g Red bean paste
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Melt the black sugar in hot water ,
  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Mix 1, 2 well and add love to it.
  • Divide 3 into 12 pieces.
  • Divide the red bean paste into 12 pieces.
  • Wrap 5 with 4.
  • Steam 6 over a medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • You can decorate with a rabbit template as shown above.
