Ingredients
- 1 cup Mung bean
- 2 cup Water
- 3 cup Water
- 100 g Sugar
- a little Salt
- 100 g Dumpling flour
- 90 ml Mung bean soup
- 1 tbsp per piece Beans
- a little Sesame oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Put mung beans in a pressure cooker, wash, add 2cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Discard water of 1, add 3 cups of water and bring to pressure.
- When 2 comes to a boil, turn off the heat and leave it until the pressure drops.
- Mix the dumpling flour with the juice and love of 3 and knead well (until it reaches the size of an earlobe).
- Put 4 in an aluminum case, put mung bean on top, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.
- Then, put sesame oil on top of mung beans.
