Maccha and tofu cake
This is a Japanese style cake. Tofu and Maccha are really healthy.

- Baking pan
Ingredients
- 50 g Light flour
- 50 g Strong flour
- 5 g Baking powder
- 40 g Sugar
- 100 g Silken tofu
- 2 Egg(M size)
- 1 tbsp Maccha
- 2 tbsp Rapeseeds oil
- 100 g Red beans paste
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Put light four, strong flour, baking powder, sugar, silken tofu, egg, rapeseeds oil, and maccha with love into food processor, then mix well.
- Add red beans paste to 1.
- Place cooking sheet in a baking pan..
- Pour2 into 3.
- Bake4 at 170℃ for 30minutes.
