Ingredients

  • 50 g Light flour
  • 50 g Strong flour
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 100 g Silken tofu
  • 2 Egg(M size)
  • 1 tbsp Maccha
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseeds oil
  • 100 g Red beans paste
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put light four, strong flour, baking powder, sugar, silken tofu, egg, rapeseeds oil, and maccha with love into food processor, then mix well.
  •  Add red beans paste to 1.
  • Place cooking sheet in a baking pan..
  • Pour2 into 3.
  •  Bake4 at 170℃ for 30minutes.
