Soybean powder dumplings

It is really soft dumpling. Cinnamon is high in a substance with powerful medicinal properties.

Ingredients

  • 40 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 60 g Non-glutinous rice flour
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • 40 g Soy bean powder
  • 60 g Water
  • 150 g Tofu
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix the glutinous rice flour and water well.
  • Add tofu and love to 1.
  • Add sugar and non-glutinous rice flour to 2.
  • Wrap 3 and put it into a microwave.
  • Heat at 600w for 2min. Then mix well and heat again at 600w for another minute and mix well again.
  • Make into a rice cake.
  • Make 6 into long dumplings.
  • Mix sugar, cinnamon powder and soybean powder.
  • Cover 7 with 8 and serve.
