Soybean powder dumplings
It is really soft dumpling. Cinnamon is high in a substance with powerful medicinal properties.
Ingredients
- 40 g Glutinous rice flour
- 60 g Non-glutinous rice flour
- 70 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 40 g Soy bean powder
- 60 g Water
- 150 g Tofu
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Mix the glutinous rice flour and water well.
- Add tofu and love to 1.
- Add sugar and non-glutinous rice flour to 2.
- Wrap 3 and put it into a microwave.
- Heat at 600w for 2min. Then mix well and heat again at 600w for another minute and mix well again.
- Make into a rice cake.
- Make 6 into long dumplings.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon powder and soybean powder.
- Cover 7 with 8 and serve.
