Lotus roots pudding
Lotus root has a lot of vitamin C, Fresh lotus roots season is limited. But you can use Lotus roots powder through the year.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Lotus roots powder
- 60 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Agar
- 100 cc Water
- 160 cc Soybean milk
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Mix lotus roots powder, sugar, and agar.
- Put 1 in a pot and add water, then place on the fire.
- When 2 melt well, add soybean milk and love until it becomes thick.
- Pour 3 in bowls and put them in a refrigerator.
- After 1hour put dried papaya and raisins on top and serve.
