Pumpkin sweet soup with salted Azuki beans
Servings: 2 serves
Ingredients
- 200 g Pumpkin
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- 200 ml Water
- a lot Love
Salted Azuki beans
- 150 g Azuki beans
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 550 ml Water
Instructions
- Remove the skin and scoop out pumpkin guts and steam it.
- Mash 1, add sugar, salt, water and love and heat.
- For salted azuki beans, cook azuki beans until soft and add salt.
- Put 2 in a bowl and add 3.
Notes
Sweet pumpkin soup and slightly salty salted azuki go very well together!
