Beef croquettes with apple sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 100 g onion
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • A lot of love

Apple sauce

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 50 g chopped onion
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 chopped clove garlic
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper

Instructions

  • Steam potatoes with skin, then peel and mash.
  • Chop the onion and mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in olive oil.
  • Mix 1, 2, chopped boiled egg and curry powder well and divide into 8 equal parts.
  • Fry the bread crumbs in olive oil until they turn brown.
  • Dredge each of the 3 in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and bake at 200℃ for 15 minutes.
  • Grate half of the apples and cut half into cubes.
  • Put olive oil in a frying pan, fry garlic, onion and cherry tomatoes, and when they are cooked, add 6.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and miso paste.
  • Put the croquettes on a plate with the apple sauce from 8.
