  • 500 g Chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 cc Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love


  • Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
  • Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken, then rub.
  • Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken of 2 on the skin side.
  • When you grill the skin, you put an aluminum foil and lid on it and press hard until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
  • Then turn over it and grill.
  • Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
  • Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
  • Serve the chicken with vegetables and love.


*This teriyaki sauce is good for vegetables or rice. Enjoy it with any food.
