Ingredients

  • 300 ml broth
  • 5 g aosa seaweed
  • 2 tbsp dried yuba leaves
  • 2 tsp white soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little of spring onion
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Make broth with kelp and tuna flakes and keep warm.
  • Add finely chopped aosa and dried yuba to the dashi broth.
  • Add white soy sauce, salt and love to the broth and taste. If it is too light, add a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the soup in a serving bowl and sprinkle the greens on top.

Notes

*The soup is like an IV drip. The flavor of the aosa seaweed is very good.
It is a very nice soup!
