Aosa soup

Aosa soup
Servings: 2 serves
Cost: 200 yen
Ingredients
- 300 ml broth
- 5 g aosa seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried yuba leaves
- 2 tsp white soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
- A little of spring onion
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and tuna flakes and keep warm.
- Add finely chopped aosa and dried yuba to the dashi broth.
- Add white soy sauce, salt and love to the broth and taste. If it is too light, add a pinch of salt.
- Pour the soup in a serving bowl and sprinkle the greens on top.
Notes
*The soup is like an IV drip. The flavor of the aosa seaweed is very good.
It is a very nice soup!
