Ingredients

  • 200 g Miso paste
  • 25 g Broth powder (Kelp)
  • 30 g Wakame seaweed
  • 1 Spring onion
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut wakame seaweed into bite-size pieces
  • Chop spring onion.
  • Mix broth powder with miso paste.
  • Add 1.2 to 3 and mix well.
  • Roll up 20g of 4 and put into bowls.
  • Pour 150㏄ of hot water into 5 and mix well.

Notes

It is delicious enough just to pour hot water over the miso balls, but it is even better if you put fu, tomatoes, corn, fried bean curd, etc. in the bowl and pour hot water over them as well.
