white soy sauce
A pinch of salt
A little of spring onion
A lot of love
Instructions
Make broth with kelp and tuna flakes and keep warm.
Add finely chopped aosa and dried yuba to the dashi broth.
Add white soy sauce, salt and love to the broth and taste. If it is too light, add a pinch of salt.
Pour the soup in a serving bowl and sprinkle the greens on top.
Notes
*The soup is like an IV drip. The flavor of the aosa seaweed is very good.
It is a very nice soup!
