Ingredient

  • 6 bell peppers or green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 350 g minced pork
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1.5 tbsp milk
  • 1 small onion
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • A lot of Love

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp gravy

Instructions

  • Cut bell pepper or green pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  • Rinse 1 in cold water, drain, and coat the inside with flour.
  • Dredge the breadcrumbs with milk.
  • Finely chop garlic and onion.
  • Mix minced pork, 3, 4, salt, pepper, garlic soy sauce, egg and love.
  • Fill 5 into 2, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake at 200℃ for 20 minutes.
  • Mix gravy, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to make sauce.
  • Serve 6 and pour the sauce on top.

Notes

*Meat stuffing made in the oven is very juicy. Good for lunch box, too.
