Ingredients

  • 180 g strong flour
  • 2 g salt
  • 2 g dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp basil flowers in salt
  • 1 tbsp basil flowers in salt
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, salt and dry yeast, add water and mix well.
  • When the mixture is roughly mixed, add 2 tbsp of basil flowers and love and mix well and put it in a refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
  • Put a baking sheet on a baking tray and spread 2with olive oil.
  • Put 1tbsp of salted basil flowers on top of the bread and bake at 200℃ for 10 minutes.

Notes

*If you can find fresh basil flowers, please try it! It is very refreshing!
