- 180 g strong flour
- 2 g salt
- 2 g dry yeast
- 2 tbsp basil flowers in salt
- 1 tbsp basil flowers in salt
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A lot of love
Mix flour, salt and dry yeast, add water and mix well.
When the mixture is roughly mixed, add 2 tbsp of basil flowers and love and mix well and put it in a refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
Put a baking sheet on a baking tray and spread 2with olive oil.
Put 1tbsp of salted basil flowers on top of the bread and bake at 200℃ for 10 minutes.
*If you can find fresh basil flowers, please try it! It is very refreshing!
