Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp per person Hummus
  • 1 piece Pita bread
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 Olives
  • a lot Love

Hummus

  • 150 g Chickpeas
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 50 g White sesame pastes
  • 1 tbsp Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • as needed Chickpea cooking liquid
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper

Pita bread (4 pieces)

  • 200 g Bread flour
  • 2 g Dry yeast
  • 150 g Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak dried chickpeas overnight, then cook in a pressure cooker (once boiling, reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. Let pressure release naturally)
  • Place cooked chickpeas, grated garlic, white sesame paste, soy milk, and olive oil into a food processor. Mix well. If too thick, add some of the bean cooking liquid and adjust seasoning.

Pita bread (4 pieces)

  • Mix bread flour, dry yeast, salt, and water and refrigerate at least 6hours.
  • Coat hands with olive oil, divide dough into 4 portions, and roll each into a 20cm diameter circle.
  • Coat a frying pan with olive oil and cook each side for 2 minutes.
