Boiled vegetables with miso

Root vegetables and miso are good combination. It is easy to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Radish
  • 1 Carrots
  • 6 Taros
  • 1 Canned tuna
  • 100 cc Broth
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy-sauce
  • 2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut the radish, the carrots, and taros into bite-size pieces.
  • Put 1 into a bowl of 50℃ water for 20 min.
  • Put the vegetables from 2 into a pot. Add miso and seasoning.
  • Boil 3 for 10min., then add the canned tuna and love and boil until everything is tender.
  • Reboil until dry before eating.
