Pumpkin sweet soup with salted Azuki beans

Ingredient

  • 200 g Pumpkin
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 200 ml Water
  • a lot Love

Salted Azuki beans

  • 150 g Azuki beans
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 550 ml Water

Instructions

  • Remove the skin and scoop out pumpkin guts and steam it.
  • Mash 1, add sugar, salt, water and love and heat.
  • For salted azuki beans, cook azuki beans until soft and add salt.
  • Put 2 in a bowl and add 3.

Notes

Sweet pumpkin soup and slightly salty salted azuki go very well together!
