Pumpkin sweet soup with salted Azuki beans

- 200 g Pumpkin
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- 200 ml Water
- a lot Love
Salted Azuki beans
- 150 g Azuki beans
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 550 ml Water
Remove the skin and scoop out pumpkin guts and steam it.
Mash 1, add sugar, salt, water and love and heat.
For salted azuki beans, cook azuki beans until soft and add salt.
Put 2 in a bowl and add 3.
Sweet pumpkin soup and slightly salty salted azuki go very well together!
