Vegetable Tempura
Cost: 400yen
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Gobo(burdock root)
- Pumpkin
- Carrot
- Green pepper
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Potatoes
- 30 g Potato starch
- 60 g Rice flour
- 50~80 cc Water
- Rice oil
- Salt
- a lot Love
Tempurasauce
- 200 ml 200ml dashi broth (kelp, tuna tuna)
- 40 cc Soy sauce
- 40 cc 40ml mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- grated daikon radish and ginger
Instructions
- Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-size pieces.
- Mix potato starch and rice flour. Add water until the mixture becomes thick.
- Put 1 on 2 and deep fry in rice oil at 170 degrees Celsius.
- When the oil has been used up, serve.
- Sprinkle salt on top and serve.
Notes
Enjoy vegetable tempura with salt or tempura sauce!
