Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 20 cm kelp
- 4 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 sheet nori seaweed
- A lot love
Instructions
- Cook rice with kelp. While still hot, add sushi vinegar and love then mix.
- Cut the avocado in half. Take out the pit. Cut each half into 4 long pieces and set aside.
- Put salt on the bacon slices, and then wrap each piece of avocado with one slice of bacon.
- Put the flour on a flat dish, and roll one bacon-wrapped avocado slice in the flour until it’s completely covered. Repeat with the other bacon-wrapped avocado slices.
- In a frying pan, fry the bacon-wrapped avocado slices in sesame oil, and then season with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
- Put rice on each sheet of nori seaweed. Put the bacon-wrapped avocado slices at one end roll it up to make rolled sushi.
- Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
