Bacon and Avocado Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 20 cm kelp
  • 4 tbsp sushi vinegar
  • 1 avocado
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 sheet nori seaweed
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Cook rice with kelp. While still hot, add sushi vinegar and love then mix.
  • Cut the avocado in half. Take out the pit. Cut each half into 4 long pieces and set aside.
  • Put salt on the bacon slices, and then wrap each piece of avocado with one slice of bacon.
  • Put the flour on a flat dish, and roll one bacon-wrapped avocado slice in the flour until it’s completely covered. Repeat with the other bacon-wrapped avocado slices.
  • In a frying pan, fry the bacon-wrapped avocado slices in sesame oil, and then season with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
  • Put rice on each sheet of nori seaweed. Put the bacon-wrapped avocado slices at one end roll it up to make rolled sushi.
  • Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
