Gingko nuts rice

Gingko nuts has carotene, vitamin C, and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 cup Broth
  • 1 tsp Molted rice with salt
  • 30 Gingko
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak in broth for an hour and half.
  • Peel gingko.(Please be careful with the hard shell)
  • Put molted rice with salt, and love into a rice cooker and cook.
  • Die cut rice and put ginkgo and sesame on top and serve.
