Cooked Rice with Lotus root
Cost: 400 yen
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- a little water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp white soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g lotus root
- 2 salted roselle per person
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Wash rice and soak in water for 1hour and half.
- Thin slice latus root.
- Add sake, white soy sauce and salt to the rice and let it soak in water.
- Add thin sliced lotus root to the rice and cook.
- Serve one by one and put chopped salted roselle on top.
Notes
*Lotus root is a food that boosts the immune system. It also contains plenty of vitamin C.
