Cook rice with kelp. While still hot, add sushi vinegar and love then mix.
Cut the avocado in half. Take out the pit. Cut each half into 4 long pieces and set aside.
Put salt on the bacon slices, and then wrap each piece of avocado with one slice of bacon.
Put the flour on a flat dish, and roll one bacon-wrapped avocado slice in the flour until it’s completely covered. Repeat with the other bacon-wrapped avocado slices.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon-wrapped avocado slices in sesame oil, and then season with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
Put rice on each sheet of nori seaweed. Put the bacon-wrapped avocado slices at one end roll it up to make rolled sushi.
Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
