Yam and Chicken Medicinal Soup

Ingredients
- 50 ml soup stock
- 100 g yam
- 50 g chicken thigh
- 1 leek
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sake
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Make soup stock with kelp and tuna flakes.
- Cut yam into 1 cm cubes, chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, and leeks into small pieces.
- Put the yam,chicken and leek in the soup stock and simmer until they become tender.
- Season 3with sake, salt, white soy sauce, and love.
Notes
*This soup prevents the lungs from drying out. It warms the body from the core.
