Fried pork filet with coarse rice powder

Coarse rice powder is made from glutinous rice. It is really tasty.

Ingredients

  • 180 g Pork filet
  • 2 tbsp Miso
  • 50 g Coarse rice powder
  • 50 cc Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut pork filet into 1cm thick.
  • Put miso around 1.
  • Put coarse rice powder with love around 2.
  • Fry 3 with sesame oil.
