Cherry Blossom Rice Cake

Ingredients
- 100 g Rice flour
- 50 g sugar
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tsp Sakura flake
- 20 g Potato starch
- 180 g Cherry blossom bean paste
- a lot Love
Instructions
- mix well rice flour, sugar, water and Love.
- Heat 1 in a microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and mix.
- Heat 2 in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute and mix.
- Continue3 about 4 times, mixing until the mixture is no longer powdery, and make ricecakes.
- Mix cherry flakes into 4.
- Place 5 on top of the potato starch and divide into 6 pieces.
- Make balls of the cherry bean paste into 30gportions.
- Make balls of 6 and stretch thinly by hand and wrap7.
Notes
Rice cake filled with Cherry blossom bean paste is perfect for the cherry blossom season. Pink rice cake gives the feeling of spring!
