Japanese tomato steamed cake

It is Japanese sweet. It is good for tomato season.

Ingredients

  • 150 cc Tomato juice
  • 150 cc Water
  • 100 cc Flour
  • 100 cc Sugar
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 6 Tomato leaves
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sieve flour and sugar.
  • Add water, tomato juice, and love to 1.
  • Pour 2 into a container.
  • Put thin sliced tomato on 3.
  • Steam 4 in a microwave for 8 min. at 700w.
  • Cut 6 pieces of 5 and serve.
