Sweetened rice cake
Sweetened rice cake
It is chewy dessert. In China they eat it at the cerebration meal.
Ingredients
- 125 g Glutinous rice flour
- 125 g Rice flour
- 100 g Sweetened beans
- 180 cc Tepid water
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- a little Salt
- a little Sesame oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, granulated sugar, and love well.
- Add tepid water to 1 and mix well till become hardness of an earlobe
- Mix sweetened beans and 2.
- Make 10~12 balls of 3 and then flatten
- Put another sweetened beans on top of 4.
- Steam 4 for 15min.
- Spread sesame oil on 6.
