Soya milk and miso mousse
Servings: 3 people
Ingredients
- 150 cc Soya milk
- 30 g Soya yoghurt
- 2 tsp Red miso
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 15 g Agar
- a little Essence
- a lot Love
- 15 Wolfberry
Instructions
- Mix red miso, sugar, and agar well.
- Warm soya milk
- Put 1, essence, and soya yoghurt with love into 2.
- Pour 3 in bowls and put dried fruits on it and serve.
Notes
New Miso I made last year is ready. It has a very good smell and taste. It is good for mousse.
