Ingredients
Whiteuiro
- 100 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Amazake (sweet sake)
- 300 ml Water
- a lot Love
Pink Uiro
- 100 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Roselle honey
- 300 ml Water
- a lot Love
MatchaUiro
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Matcha
- 300 ml Water
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Prepare 3 heatproof containers.
- For White Uiro, mix flour, sugar, sweet sake, water and love, strain into heatproof containers and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
- For pink Uiro, mix flour, sugar, honey-soaked roselle, water, and love, strain the mixture into a heatproof container, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
- For green tea Uiro, mix flour, sugar, green tea, water,and love, strain the mixture into a heatproof container, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
- When the heat is removed, remove from the container and wrap in plastic wrap in the following order:matcha→white→pink.
- Cut 5 into diamond shapes with string.
