Walnut Jelly

They say walnuts are brain nuts. Eating one piece every day is good for health.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 30 g White sugar
  • 10 g Black sugar
  • 300 cc Water
  • 100 cc Whipped cream
  • 12 Wolfberries
  • 10 g Agar
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Boil the walnuts in water.
  • Mix 1 and more water in a mixer.
  • Add white and black sugar to 2, then boil for 5 min.
  • After the sugar melts, add whipped cream, agar, and love.
  • Pour 4 into 4 bowls and put 3 wolfberries on each.
