Heart-shaped Japanese jelly

This heart Japanese sweet is good for St.Valentine's Day. Pink color is from strawberry powder.

Ingredients

White Jelly

  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 300 cc Water
  • A lot Love

Strawberry Jelly

  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 300 cc Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Strawberry powder
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, water, and Love, for each jelly (and strawberry powder for strawberry jelly) well.
  • Put 1 into heat-resistant containers and heat them at 700w for 10min.
  • Put2 into the refrigerator until it cools.
  • Cut 3 into 6 pieces of each color.
  • Cut out a heart shape from each jelly.
  • Reinsert the heart shapes into the opposite colored jelly pieces.
