Bream Soup
Bream Soup
Bream broth is really nice. Bream is used for cerebration in Japan.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bream bones
- 300 cc Broth
- 1/4 tsp White soy sauce
- a little Salt
- 2 Pepper leaves
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt on the bream bone and wait for 5 min.
- Put 1 into boiling water. When the bone’s color changed into white, take them out.
- Put 2 into cold water for a few seconds and take out.
- Warm broth and put seasonings in it.
- Put 3 into 4.
- Pour 5 into the bowls and put pepper leaves on it and serve.
