Curry-Flavored Sautéed Horse Mackerel

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Horse mackerel
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 4 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Potato starch
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • a lot Love
  • 2 Cucumber

Instructions

  • Fillet the horse mackerel into three pieces (the middle bone makes fish crackers)
  • Season the fish from step 1 with salt, curry powder, and love
  • Coat the seasoned fish with a mixture of rice flour and potato starch, then fry in olive oil until crispy
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers, salt them, and enjoy alongside the fish

Notes

When horse mackerel is in season, simple preparation is best. Perfect for summer.
