Tenpura of sweet potato and dried young sardine
Sweet potato has a lot of vitamin C and fiber. Sardine has calcium. This is healthy dish.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 100 g Sweet potato
- 10 g Dried young sardine
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Potato flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- moderate amount Rice oil
- a lot Love
- moderate amount Red Japanese basil salt
Instructions
- Thinly slice sweet potato and put it into 50 degree hot water.
- Mix flour, potato flour, water, and love.
- Mix 1, dried young sardine, and 2.
- Deep fry 3 in rice oil at 180 degree.
- Serve 4 with red Japanese basil salt.
