Garden peas Fritters

- frying pan
Ingredients
- 10 stalks Garden peas
- 20 g Dried shrimp
- 5 tbsp Rice flour
- 3 tbsp Potato starch
- 3 tbsp Water
- a lot Love
- 100 ml Rice oil
- To taste Red basil salt
Instructions
- Cut the garden peas into 3cm pieces.
- Mix step 1 with the dried shrimp, rice flour, potato starch, and love. Add water to achieve a suitable consistency.
- Heat the rice oil. Scoop appropriate amounts of the mixture from step 2 with a spoon and fry until crispy.
- Enjoy with red basil salt when eating.
Notes
Garden pea is a traditional Aichi vegetable. It’s crispy and delicious!
