Ingredients

  • 10 stalks Garden peas
  • 20 g Dried shrimp
  • 5 tbsp Rice flour
  • 3 tbsp Potato starch
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • a lot Love
  • 100 ml Rice oil
  • To taste Red basil salt

Instructions

  • Cut the garden peas into 3cm pieces.
  • Mix step 1 with the dried shrimp, rice flour, potato starch, and love. Add water to achieve a suitable consistency.
  • Heat the rice oil. Scoop appropriate amounts of the mixture from step 2 with a spoon and fry until crispy.
  • Enjoy with red basil salt when eating.

Notes

Garden pea is a traditional Aichi vegetable. It’s crispy and delicious!
