Truffle-Style Tofu Doughnuts

Cost: 300yen
Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 150 g Tofu
- 50 g Sugar
- 5 g Baking powder
- a lot Love
- 5 g Cocoa powder
- 5 g Powdered sugar
- about half of a pan Rice oil
Instructions
- Sift flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Add tofu (no need to drain, just discard the water), love and mix well.
- Shape into a round shape with a small spoon and deep-fry in rice oil.
- Sprinkle only powdered sugar on half of the dough, sprinkle cocoa powder on the other half, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
