Ingredients

  • 6 Dried persimmons
  • 3 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tbsp Azuki bean paste
  • a lot Love
  • a pinch Matcha green tea 

Instructions

  • Open dried persimmons and remove seeds.
  • Cut the top and bottom of the first piece cleanly.
  •  Spread mascarpone cheese, azuki bean paste and love between the first and second slices and between the second and third slices.
  • Roll the 3 slices tightly with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
  •  Cut in half vertically and sprinkle with matcha green tea.

Notes

The collaboration of dried persimmon, mascarpone cheese, and azuki bean paste is the best.
Dried persimmon contains a lot of β-carotene, which is one of the foods that reduce active oxygen!
