Apple and Cinnamon Scones

Ingredient

  • 1/2 apple
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g butter
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 180 g flour
  • 15 g almond powder
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 35 ml milk
  • 2 g cinnamon powder
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Cut apples into 1 cm cubes, heat together with sugar and lemon juice, and when the juice is absorbed, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Sift flour, almond pudding, salt, sugar, baking powder, add butter and mix well.
  • Add milk, and when the dough is a little hard, add the apples.
  • Cut out shapes with a scone cutter.
  • Place the scones on a oven sheet and brush the top with milk.

Notes

*Bake at 190 degrees for 5 minutes and at 150 degrees for 13 minutes.
Caramelized apples make very tasty scones!
