Yam and Chicken Medicinal Soup

Ingredient

  • 50 ml soup stock
  • 100 g yam
  • 50 g chicken thigh
  • 1 leek
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Make soup stock with kelp and tuna flakes.
  • Cut yam into 1 cm cubes, chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, and leeks into small pieces.
  •  Put the yam,chicken and leek in the soup stock and simmer until they become tender.
  •  Season 3with sake, salt, white soy sauce, and love.

Notes

*This soup prevents the lungs from drying out. It warms the body from the core.
