Yam and Chicken Medicinal Soup

- 50 ml soup stock
- 100 g yam
- 50 g chicken thigh
- 1 leek
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sake
- A lot of love
Make soup stock with kelp and tuna flakes.
Cut yam into 1 cm cubes, chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, and leeks into small pieces.
Put the yam,chicken and leek in the soup stock and simmer until they become tender.
Season 3with sake, salt, white soy sauce, and love.
*This soup prevents the lungs from drying out. It warms the body from the core.
